Owner/Artist/Teacher JASON SLOWIK is by day the full time Art Teacher at Jenkintown MSHS, where he has taught with “distinguished” reviews for 20 years. Jason also worked with the Phila. Mural Arts Program extensively from 1997-2006 in a variety of art making/community engagement/educational situations (he’s in their books:)… and Jason maintains a studio practice balanced with community building efforts.

Jason has all clearances on file. On occasion he may be assisted by a helper, who will have all clearances as well.

“SLOWIK” translated from Polish means “NIGHTINGALE”… a songbird of the night traditionally associated with being a symbol for the arts, artists and musicians.
